By booking or using any service provided by Alivianate, the user agrees to these Terms of Service.
2.1 Scope of Services
Home visit consultations
In-person consultations at designated locations
Online consultations (telemedicine)
2.2 Service Limitations
Services are not intended for life-threatening emergencies.
Emergency cases must be directed to emergency services.
The services provided are limited to general medical evaluation and treatment and do not replace hospital-level care, specialist care, or emergency services.
Estimated arrival times may vary depending on location, traffic, and availability. Delays may occur, and exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed.
Alivianate does not provide emergency medical services and is not responsible for delays in accessing emergency care. Patients must contact local emergency services immediately in case of a medical emergency. However, Alivianate will make reasonable efforts to assist patients in accessing appropriate emergency services as quickly as possible, prioritizing the patient’s well-being at all times.
2.3 Patient Responsibilities
Provide accurate and complete information.
Follow medical recommendations.
Understand the limitations of telemedicine.
2.4 Payments
Payment is required to confirm an appointment.
No appointment is guaranteed without payment confirmation.
Prices may be updated periodically to reflect operational and logistical costs; however, once an appointment is confirmed, the agreed price will be honored.
For urgent or last-minute appointments requested via WhatsApp or other direct communication channels, payment terms and service conditions may be agreed upon individually before confirmation.
2.5 Liability Disclaimer
Alivianate is not liable for outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the patient, or for circumstances beyond reasonable control.
2.6 Service Availability
Service availability depends on location, scheduling, and operational capacity.
2.7 Third-Party Services and Coordination
Any medications, laboratory tests, or additional services coordinated through third-party providers are the responsibility of those providers. Alivianate is not liable for their availability, quality, or outcomes. However, Alivianate will make reasonable efforts, in good faith, to coordinate with trusted providers and support patients in accessing reliable services, prioritizing quality care and patient well-being.
