3. INFORMED CONSENT (CONSENTIMIENTO INFORMADO)

By using the services, the patient provides informed consent for medical evaluation and treatment.

3.1 General Consent

• Authorization to receive medical care

• Understanding of diagnosis and treatment process

• Acceptance of inherent medical risks

3.2 Telemedicine Consent

• Telemedicine has limitations compared to in-person evaluation

• Diagnosis depends on information provided remotely

• Some conditions may require in-person follow-up

3.3 Data Authorization

The patient authorizes the processing of personal and health data for medical purposes.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy (Política de Cancelación y Reembolsos)

4.1 Cancellations

Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a full refund.

4.2 Refund Policy

• 100% refund if canceled 24 hours or more in advance

• 50% refund if canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment

• No refund once the consultation has started

4.3 Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

4.4 Urgent or Last-Minute Appointments

For urgent or last-minute bookings, payment terms and conditions will be agreed upon directly via WhatsApp or phone prior to confirmation.

4.5 Payment Confirmation

Payment secures the professional’s time and confirms the appointment. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation.
